CityJewellers.ca Return Policy

Your satisfaction with your jewellery purchase is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging including all original documentation (if applicable) within 14 days of the date of shipment for a credit note or exchange. Any item that has been modified, or is not in resale condition will not be eligible for credit note or exchange.

How to return an order:

1. Obtain the Return Authorization Number: To generate an RMA (return authorization) number. Click on Customer Service or click on the 1-866 phone number on the top of your screen. Select 'Return Authorization Form' on the left side in the help page. Fill in the appropriate information and then follow the instructions below to return your package.

2. How to Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by CityJewellers.ca.

Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewellery, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

3. Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. The minimum return shipping method should be FedEx Ground with insurance and a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at CityJewellers.ca for quick and easy credit note or exchange.

Return Process

CityJewellers.ca will inspect and verify the condition of the item(s) once we receive the package. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent for a credit note or exchange. Returns take approximately 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item. CityJewellers.ca will issue a CREDIT NOTE OR EXCHANGE EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 14 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at the warehouse.

Required Conditions of Return

Packages without a return authorization number (RMA#) will not be accepted for a credit note or exchange.

All certified items sent with a diamond certificate must be returned with the certificate, otherwise a charge of $98 for recertification will be charged upon receipt of the item.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from CityJewellers.ca within 14 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for credit note, exchange or repair.

Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be returned for a credit note or exchange.

Earrings, and body jewellery cannot be returned for a credit note or exchange.
